Question about Televison & Video
Hi. I have a 24" bush tv/dvd, model No.24LED10DVD I have shades of green on the screen when watching tv or dvd. the normal brightness/colour adjustments make no difference. Can anyone tell me how to get into the service menu please.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

On the inside of the TV, on the flyback transformer there should be two controls. Turn the one that says "screen" very slowly clockwise while looking at the pix. The pix should get brighter as you turn it up- if you go to far you will see lines in the pix or the TV may shutdown.

SOURCE: Green horizontal lines
Hi, I have a Philips 29PT9009/12 TV. Recently I have begun to see horizontal green lines on my tv, when either watching a dvd or watch tv. This has gotten worse and now the green lines are more visible and the background is now turned a shaded green. Please help me. Thanks in advance
