Question about Mattel Electronic PICTIONARY MAN¿

Open Question

Where can I get Pictionary man markers

The marker that came with my pictionary man has worn out. I tried a dry erase marker and it wouldn't come off except with a magic eraser. Are the markers a special kind of marker?

Clean difficult marks off your whiteboard

When a message or any marks are left on a whiteboard for longer than 24 hours it becomes very difficult to clean off the board. These marks are difficult but not impossible to get off.

You will need rubbing alcohol and a soft clean cloth. There will be fumes given off by the rubbing alcohol therefore if you are going to be cleaning up a large whiteboard you will want to open a window.

Taking the cloth, apply some rubbing alcohol and rub it on the ink. It is important that you not use a soft cloth because using a brush or abrasive sponge will cause damage to the board.

You might need to apply a little pressure to get really old stains off. If you find that a stain isn't coming off it is possible that it is permanent marker, to get these off you can draw over the marks with a dry erase marker and then wipe it off using a clean cloth that has rubbing alcohol on it.

To avoid getting in these situations, only use dry erase markers and clean the board as soon as you are done with it. Leaving marks on the board will make them harder to get off.

If you are worried about ruining the whiteboard you can always use a whiteboard cleaning solution. For this you just spray the solution on the board, let it sit for five seconds and then wipe it off. The solution will also get rid of any residue left behind by other cleaners that you may have tried to use.

What is a whiteboard?

A whiteboard is a non-electronic variation of the traditional "rewriteable" schoolroom blackboard, but is white instead of black and of a material that can be written on with colored markers (known as dry erase markers). Dry erase markers are easier to erase than the chalk used on a blackboard (which sometimes requires a wet rag for thorough erasing).

My intsul disc is sractched so bad that it will not install on to my new computer what do i do now??

Clean off the CD. Run some warm water over it and then rub it with a microfiber cloth.

Rub from the inside edge, straight out to the outside edge.

Do not rub in circles.

Continue this process until the CD is dry.

Pour rubbing alcohol over the CD. Shake the excess off and let it air dry.

When CD is dry, try playing it to make sure that it wasn't simply dirty and not scratched.

Hold the CD in the light and try to determine precisely where the scratch is located.

Scratches will usually be visible.

If you can see the scratch, place a small amount of plain toothpaste

(the type with baking soda works best) and fill in the scratch with it.

Take the microfiber cloth and get it only slightly damp.

Rub the excess toothpaste off by working from the inside edge of the CD to the outside edge.

Repeat this until it is clear.

If you are having a hard time locating the scratch, but rather see several scratches, using your cloth rub a thin layer of Vaseline over the CD.

Gently wipe it off by once again moving from the inside edge to the outside edge of the CD, in straight motion, not in circular motion.

The Vaseline will fill the cracks, allowing the tracks to be read by the laser beam.

Use an original Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

Lightly dampen it and run it along the CD in straight lines from the inside edge to the outside edge only.

Continue this process until the CD has been completely wiped with the eraser.

The magic erasers contain small microbead particles that can fill the crack

Things You'll Need

Rubbing alcohol

Toothpaste with baking soda

Microfiber cloth

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser can be purchased on Ebay

AU $2.78 +postage

AU $4.67

try it once you have your cd cleaned any ready copy and paste it to a folder ready to burn it or do a cd copy

hope this helps

Chapter markers not playing when they should

I have experienced that markers on unfinished discs are erased and replaced with 5 or 10 minute markers when the disc is finalized.

Pictionary says disc unreadable and it's brand new. this does this on some games but not all. please help....

Make sure that you are inserting the disc correctly. If this doesn't work, your lens might be dirty, in which case you need to purchase a Wii Lens Cleaner ($10). This will make all your games run smoothly. No freezing or lagging.
