My lgl35g tracfone shows a yellow screen that says emergency mode ....can't do anything to get rid of it.what do I do

Take the battery out if you can? Try holding the power button down for about 20 seconds to attempt to reset the phone. Try blowing in/cleaning the sim card slot. Basics things you could try that have helped me in the past.

Lgl15g Tracfone. How do I hard reset?


With the handset turned off, press and hold the Volume Down key.

Note that a master reset will return the handset to the default factory settings and erase all personal information on the handset. All important information should be backed up before proceeding.

Is it powered on? How do you know it is fully charged if it is black and you can't see anything? Tracfone handles the warranty so it is best to contact them.

That means your cellular data connection is barred. Ask your operator to open it and configure your settings of your mobile.Your network operator will charge for it.

My TRACFONE Lg 800G keeps saying emergency call only when I have full service


This problem shouldn't really have anything to do with the signal your getting. the emergency calls only mode is intended for prepaid phones without minutes or contract phones that are deactivated.
That being said, there have been a lot of problems with the 800g sending certain types of data over networks, since your prepaid phone is constantly sending data regaurding your prepaid time, it may just be that the data isn't being sent or recieved properly thus either your phone or the network thinks you are out of time. try taking out your sim card see if you can tell if it is an ATT sim or a T mobile sim, if it's ATT its a pretty good possibility that that is your problem. Either way if your getting the emergency calls only screen and you've got plenty of minuts on your phone I would contact tracfone and tell them what's going on.
and a little FYI: they may try blaming it on your cell number, if you've had the same number for a long time and havent had any problems, dont let them bully you into getting a new number, chances are it wouldn't help anyway

I got the same problem while goofing around on the Code Entry Mode screen - bad idea, btw...

Assuming that's what caused it (IE, you haven't gone past the date your units are good for), call Tracfone at 800-867-7183 and they should give you a code to put in that will fix you right up...
