Have new min-etune gibson studio. charged battery, put in, nothing happens. no lights no nothing? Now What

Press down on the battery, which will allow it to pop up, as if you were going to remove it. Press the power "on" button. More than likely, your Min-Etune will now work fine.

Have you checked a different cable?. Also, when you plug in the unit, there should be a "pop" if everything is turned on. If there isn't, the connection is bad someplace.

After playing for a while, approx 15 min, the volume dies away leaving some sound but greatly reduced. It then gradually returns to normal volume after about 3 mins. Otherwise all other functions seem to...

Such a long delay and a slow return to volume is puzzling. If the return came back in say 30 seconds, I would suspect 1/2 of the V1 tube (12AX7) might have a failure of the heater. When it has failed see if this tube has TWO points of light in it. The cooling down and warm up would give a 15 second ramp up or down in volume. This tube has a path around it that would sustain a very low volume. Try swapping one of the other 12AX7's into this spot. If the sound totally goes away replace the one that was in V1 at first place and see if problem goes away.

My Line 6 Spider II 210 won't make any sound from the guitar. When the amp powers on, the speakers pop a little so I know they are connected right. All of the lights are on and the channels can switch...

Bad soldering, especially around the jacks and plugs. Crack in the circuit board. Bad switch contacts on the headphone jack... all these are first things to check.
Here is your service manual for the unit:

WHEN I'M ON THE CLEAN CHANNEL AND SWITCH TO DIRTY WHILE PLAYING, I GET A POPPING SOUND FROM THE SPEAKERS. PURCHASED 3 DAYS AGO AND THIS STARTED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!

You are likely driving the unit too hard.

When you drive a speaker too hard the voice coil is driven beyond the linear range of movement and the speaker will "pop" as it hit the end range.

Compare to an identical unit. This problem is common when one gets too small a unit and tries to get too much out of it.

The dirty setting of the amp flatops the signal and drastically worsens the problem.

People buy a 15 watt amp and expect it to sound like a 200 watt and it just doesn't happen. You have not given us the model number so this is my best guess.

If your unit has a 12 or 15 inch speaker, it should NOT pop unless you really overdrive it. It is very hard on both the amp and the speaker to have the popping condition. I won't get into the technical reasons at this time.

Amp goes quiet after working fine for about 15-20 min.

If you are not a tech, I suggest you send it to one. If you are, after signal-dropout spray output transistors (one at a time) with component cooler (freeze spray). If still no results, go to the other transistors & IC's. Chances are that will pinpoint faulty component.

After hour of playing the amp starts the effect popping sound

there is an open connection, most likely right off the input jack ,causing this issue. Resolder it or retension the jack connection.
