The "+" is simply punctuation, used to make the country code stand out. You don't dial it, just as you don't dial the "-" in a local number.

Hi
You can search for the manual in google and panasonic website.

If google andmanufacturer website are of no help then ask a search agency like http://manualfox.com -They do a great job.

Theservice is not for free, but often worthy (you only pay if they find what youare asking for).

International calls are not detrimined by the phone, but rather the service the phone is hooked to. If you carrier will allow you to make international calls, then yes the phone will do it.

Why can't I get a dialling tone?

See if you can borrow another phone known to be working, or plug your phone into someone elses home line to check out there is no fault in your phone
If all is well then you will need to contact your phone service provider.

I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALL USING THE + BOTTON.... AM JUST HAVING PROBLEM WITH THE + BOTTON ON PANASONIC MY KX-TSC11MXB

There isn't a "+" button you need to use. It's just a way that numbers often get written. If you're in the US, you dial international calls by dialling 011, then the country code and telephone number. An international number may be written as +011 49 23456, for instance, but you don't actually dial a "+".

International dialling codes

After dialing 011, the 3 digit code for Lithuania is 370. Dialing 011+370+(phone number) should work. Add 2 0's to the370 if a 5 digit couintry code is necessary. Below is a link to help with interational calling. All the best!

No dialling tone - just a beeping sound

It sounds like the handset is not 'registered' to the base station/cradle. Solution may be in the user handbook, which you should be able to download at :
