You need to use the remote to go to the setup menu and set the language to English, or if you are in the USA set it to US English, which is different from English.
Start > Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Regional and Language Options.
Once in the Regional and Language Options, click the Keyboards and Languages
tab. If you see a drop down list of languages, see if it is set to
English. If not, set to English. However, if you do not have this list
there, you may need to install it.
1. Select the round Menu/OK button Then > Settings > Language > English . Should be done.
Since it's in Spanish currently, you may have to go to Settings > Language > Others > English. Let me know what happens. If you need further help don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for using FixYa.

This may be a result of a previous software
version on a device or possibly some one changing the settings. If a device
does power on with a foreign language that you can not understand it can be
corrected by going through the settings to change the text language. To change the text language:
Touch Wrench icon
on the screen with the Magnifying Glass and Map icon
Touch the Gears
icon
Touch the down arrow
Touch the second
option from the top1
Touch the middle blue
box on right
Touch the up arrow
until American English appears2
Touch American
English
Touch OK
Touch Back
The device should be in selected text language. Note 1 - In some cases, if there are Custom POIs
loaded to the device then it may be the first option at the top. Note 2 - If American English is not the language
needed, please selected the desired language
Oh boy that's a real problem. I guess the menu is there but you don't understand it because it's in Spanish.
I don't know this particular phone but thinking logically, there are four things I would consider.
1) Find someone who can speak Spanish, there are lot of people who can.
2) Find someone who has the same phone that is in English and copy the key presses.
3) Use Google language tools to help you interpret the Spanish menu
4) Take you phone to a dealer
