Hi, while operating this juicer, the plastic piece from the top cover has broken off, is there a replacement part for the top cover for this juicer available?

I would contact Macy's customer service for an answer to this question. It is not a model that has a retail parts division. Macy's should be able to provide a solution for you as they still carry these units. Otherwise, you may wish to purchase a new one from them and return your old one to them in the box you receive. It will end up costing you shipping, if you do not have one near you, but right now they are only $79.99. Model 8021

Are the parts for my acme 11je45 the same as those for the acme 5001 and the 6001?

I have a 11je45 also, circa 1990. The only problem I had was replacing the cover.
The plastic covers for the newer Acme's will not fit unless you file the ridge down
where it fits into the juice bowl. Its a pain, but can be done. The other parts, like
the clutch nut, shredder blade, etc., should be the same. No supplier, I gooled,
says they have the older covers, but I know they are out there because I got one
when I ordered the newer version. They seem to be unaware they have them.

Are you talking about the clutch nut that screws
down on the basket and blade, or the small clips
that the cover rotates and snaps into. Either way
call Waring at 1 800 492 7464, they should have
the part.

Broken plastic screw from motor shaft

According to Jack Lallanes Support you need to buy a new motor! No replacement part for that specific part!
I have the same problem and also do not want to buy a new motor! Scam!

The plastic screw, which the grater is screwed onto (looks like part of the motor) is broken.

I had the juicer for exactly two weeks and the same piece broke. The little plastic part in which the blade screws onto. Called the company and they were actually no help at all. Please don't waste your money!

Repair or replacement of Power juicer

The part has a lifetime warranty. Just call the customer care line at 1-973-287-5150 and give them your model number. You have to pay shipping though. Our shipping cost was about $26.
