SOURCE: sillcock leaks even when off

Have you tightened the nut around the valve or have you backed off the nut then screw it in and then tighten nut? And yes you can get a kit at any hardeware store but you will have to take it apart to get the right seals.

How do i identify my outdoor faucet, cannot really read the numbers there is an arrowhead logo with a diagonal banner across it letters nw and asse Py9 maybe?

This is as you may have guessed, an Arrowhead sillcock. You should be able to replace the washer if you can find the bibb screw. Hold a bucket in front of asillcock and have someone turn the water on for 2 seconds. The bibb screw and what is left of the washer should shoot out. If you lose these parts, you can take the stem to the nearest plumbing supply, lowes, home depot or hardware store that carries Arrowhead sillcocks. They should be able to either give you a repair kit, or a whole new sillcock which you can take apart and just use the stem. It must be the same length to work properly. Before you install the new stem, make sure the bibb screw holding the washer in is tightened. Good luck!

Muellet sillcock - two units-one no water flow at all; one unit very little flow-- less then one year old -- this seems to be a common problem

Either the rubber seal that shuts off the water is stuck or jammed sideways, or the sillcocks are corroded internally, which with everything being made in China is no surprise.

When I turn the water on it comes out of the spout and out of the vent cover are there repair kits for these. I took the vent cover off and the water is coming through the bushing that is threaded down in...

I am guessing that the vent cover you are refering to is the vacuum breaker cap on the top of the faucet. The vacuum breaker is there to prevent water from being sucked back into the system. If that is what you are refering to then yes they do make parts for them, but you will need to know the manufacturers name and possibly the model, then start calling or surfing around. Hope this helps.

There are repair kits for frost free silcocks, if you can find one that fits yours. Sometimes it is more difficult to find a repair kit than to replace the whole thing.
