Please turn off the computer, start hitting F8 at the start-up and then choose last known good configuration. If this does not work, choose Safe mode options.
If still does not work, please try to restore the computer to factory settings.

Press and hold the power button for 6 - 8 seconds until it shuts down. Turn it back on and let it start. usually, restarting your computer would fix the issue. If not, then reply to my post.

Does Lenovo mt 6072 have HDMI outlet/port to hook to TV i.e. view pictures on Tele from computer

This model does not have a HDMI outlet/port.
It does have a VGA port and if your TV has a 15pin VGA connector then you can connect your computer into this VGA (computer) port.

Lenovo 6072 won't turn on

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA

the leads from your MOTHERBOARD TO YOUR HARD DRIVE make sure they have a secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be

faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

even something as small as a faulty power lead can cause you problems

computers need power and data travel through every working device and to have an end to be able work properly

make sure ram modules and cmos batteries have dust free secure seatings and cmos battery has charge some motherboards cmos batteries are soldered in

motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive if its a flat ribbon 40 pin type IDE replace it this will be the first to fail

check all power and data leads make sure they have secure dust free connections

cd/dvd floppy drives need to have current go through make sure these drives are working

check you CPU make sure its securely seated and has thermal grease

hope this helps

Restore to Last known good configuration:

1) Place the operating system recovery CD that came with your computer into the CD or DVD drive. Restart the computer.
2) Wait for the computer manufacturer's logo to pop up on the screen. Press the keyboard key that brings up the recovery menu, which is usually "F2," "F8," or "Ctrl" and "F11" pressed simultaneously.
3) Select the specific language you want the operating system to use from the menu at the top of the screen. Select "Next."
4) Choose the option labeled "PC Restore," "Repair Your Computer" or something similar. Click "Next."
5) Select "Restore" and then click "Enter" to start the process. Click "Restart" once the process has ended to boot the restored computer to its operating system
6) Use a system utility tool like RegInout to repair corrupt registry and windows files.

I have a Lenovo Thinkcentre m57 6072-CTO. Every time I start a video from google news my computer beeps, my display freezes then goes black saying no connection check signal cable. The computer is still...

Your computer system is getting too hot.

When you don't run videos your computer is running in 2D mode, very little rendering is taking place therefore less heat output.

Then when you want to watch a video the graphics unit has to work hard and therefore produces heat. That heat needs to be effectively removed from the chassis in order for the computer system perform well.
Your computer may need a clean, remove all dust blocking air intake/exhaust areas.

Also go through my guide entitled How to install Graphics Drivers, Nvidia and AMD Radeon!!! as you may need better more efficient drivers for your graphics card.
Consult the manual in this regard for the graphics card model number or name!

The beeping either indicates overheating or low/unstable power to the computer system from the power supply!

Thanking you

I formated the computer and lost sound devices and now want to fix the problem, my computer is Lenovo thinkcenter, MT-M: 6072-A5G SERIAL NUMBER LMBWGR7

~Download the required drivers and any firmware update.

Always get your drivers from the manufacturer of your Laptop, Notebook or Desktop.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, usually one is able to download if available, by model number, All available Driver downloads as required.

If the driver is not available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are installing.

This is the best way of ensuring up to date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!

There are no XP drivers to be found with Microsoft as XP is no longer supported.

Some manufacturers may have a limited number of Drivers still listed.

I hope this helps.
