SOURCE: My husband sat on the

Hello,
It is possible that some of the electronics inside the remote are damaged from the added pressure put under it. If you have a cell phone with a camera, turn the camera on and face it to the front of the remote where the infrared light is. Press a button on the remote. If you see the infrared light start to pulse (note you can not see it without a camera, your eye can not see it) then the device should still be working, if there is no pulsing light then it is damaged and will need replacing.

SOURCE: I have a Hunter ceiling

I'm assuming your fan is connected to a switch on the wall,if it doesn't turn the fan or light on,as your remote doesn't,then your electrical wires have come loose causing you not to have power to fan,you will have to remove the parts to get to your wing nuts holding your wires together to make a good connection and put electrical tape over wing nuts and wire to keep together, vibration will cause them to come loose, make sure you turn power off at breaker.

SOURCE: fan light turns on but doesn't turn off with remote also fan doesn't go on with remote

Make shure your batteries are good in the remote. Also some remotes have little dip switchers inside the battery cover that are either on or off. They must be in the same position as the dip switches on the receiver in the top canopy of the ceiling fan or the remote & receiver won't talk to each other. Apart from that you will probably need to replace the remote control & receiver unit.

Does a kichler ceiling fan remote model # uc7206t have reverse?

Almost all ceiling fans have reverse. The switch is usually on the side of the fan so one must get a ladder to get to it. Air flow to be up in winter and down in summer.

Does a kichler model # uc7206t fan remote have reverse?

Surely the blades are formed to work only one way? To have reverse flow you would need to reverse the blade angle.

Kichler ferron 60" why ceiling fan will only move very slowly remote does not appear to be working

If your Kichler ceiling fan appears to have lost touch with the remote, try the usual routine of removing batteries from the remote, pressing all buttons to eliminate a stuck button as the cause, then reinstalling the old batteries (or new batteries) and testing operation. If no luck, disconnect power at the source, not the fan, pause briefly (to "reset" the fan control) and reconnect power to test operation. If still no luck, the remote receiver in the fan or the remote itself may be defective.

I don't think that's the correct fan number but if you look on the socket, it should have the wattage.

Ceiling fan remote control doesn't work

Sounds like you have an add-on remote. Try changing the frequency in the receiver & transmitter. If that doesn't work you probably need a new receiver.

I have a brand new Kichler Ceiling Fan/Light installed in new home. This one for the M-Broom came with Remote UC7206T. The function which controls Fan and Fan speed works fine but I cannot the Light...

Something that may work (based on my experience). Shut off power to the fan (the circuit breaker). Remove the battery from the remote and push all the buttons just in case one is stuck. Reinstall the battery. Turn the CB on. Check operation using the remote.

How to reverse kichler ceiling fan, UC7206T

Stock Kichler ceiling fan c. 2006, works with replacement remote control 337001WH hand-held unit from Amazon 2013. Started running backwards when two remotes were activated at the same time by accident. Random button pushing on two remotes simultaneously got it to go back to forward. (Apparently original remote hand-held transmitter had forward/reverse setting, but the substitute 337001WH transmitter doesn't. When two transmitters run at the same time, the fwd/rev code may be decoded in the collisions at the receiver. Thank goodness!)
