Robinair slow charge

also check and see if it is slow on recovery also if it is the inlet solenoids may be blocked, if not check the liquid line one the tank to make sure it is not over or under tight. from that point it would be the charge solenoid

Robinair 34788 will not charge properly

I would be very careful releasing refrigerant from the liquid side of the tank as suggested earlier. Knowingly releasing R134 into the atmosphere carries very large fines if you get caught and is very environmentally irresponsible.

Hi, my robinair ac375 wonot charge gas, gauge up arrow and down arrow wont move, we done filter and vaccum oil and reset. it is possible to get special way to reset gauge?

mhkamran.jpg Please check Charging solenoid (S3) in Solenoid manifold block, it may need to change solenoid coil or Rebuild. If charging solenoid is OK, then problem can be SCALE or MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD. See if the machine display show default charging weight 90 kg/lbs when you active CHARGE mode. If not then calibrate scale. But if default charging weight is shown then replace MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD. See attached picture to find solenoids. I wish this will help you to solve the problem. If so please vote for it for further assistance. Best of luck!

Machine will not read scale or does not weigh freon . will evacuate but will not charge says tank needs fill but will not fill either

Most robinair units require the filter to be changed every so many uses. If the filter is not been changed, the unit will not work.

I have a Robinair 34430 that will not charge, refill from new tank and will not recover. Freon used to flow through the sight glass, but not anymore. The control pad works fine and the compressor comes...

You can do the following :
1# Rebuild/Replace ''charge'' solenoid.
2# Check ''recover'' solenoid is working properly. Repair as need. If recover solenoid is OK, Then you may have to replace the "Compressor".
I hope this will help you to rectify the problem. If so, please vote for solution. Best of Luck!
