Aftermarket Receiver Has Constant Static White Noise Sound

I had a Pioneer DEH-P3000IB car receiver installed in my BMW E46 325i. Ever since, there has been a static white noise sound coming from my speakers. The static white noise sound increases/decreases as I adjust the volume knob and it is present when I am playing the radio, cds, or auxiliary. The static white noise sound only goes away when I turn my receiver off. Any help to get rid of the sound would be much appreciated. Thank you.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: popping & hardly any volume

i had the first problem and you can probably fix it by turning the volume knob all the way up and down about 20 times. it worked for me. supposedly the potentiometers in the z-5300 get dirty or worn out, somehow this might fix it. for the second problem maybe try plugging it into the laptop and unplugging it again seeing if it goes back to normal?maybe its a problem with the amp?

Have you tried the balance and fader control?
Also make sure the ground or - negative wire has a good connection for that speaker from the back of the unit. Or it could be the internal amplifier it self.

No sound from new install Pioneer DEH-X6600BT

You may be using the wrong adapter. Your Durango has a DK GRN/RED wire that supplies power to the separate amplifier. Your adapter may not have provisions for connecting the steering wheel controls to your new radio. Also check 15A FUSE 4 in the junction block in case it is open.

NO SOUND OUT OF NEWLY INSTALLED PIONEER DEH-X6600BT

Did the Durango have the Infinity sound system? If so, there is a separate amplifier that is probably not being activated. Look for a blue or blue/white wire on the harness adapter and connect it to the Pioneer's blue/white wire. If it does not have blue/white, use the solid blue one.

try looking at the gray, white and green wires and see which position the wires with the black stripe are. you should be able to get a good idea which should be the purple/black from that.

You can usually purchase a wiring harness for your vehicle to ease the connection to factory wiring. Two examples would be here:
