the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have compaq cq45 laptop & bsnl 3g modem. i am unable to connect www.ramsurvey.com please help me.

check your firewall settings. go to START > CONTROL PANEL > WINDOWS FIREWALL > RESTORE DEFAULTS then delete the temporary files in IE by going to the TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > DELETE under the browsing history > DELETE ALL then reboot the computer.

If it doesn't work go to the interface of your anti virus program and disable the firewall embedded in it then reboot.

Make sure that the setting are also set to auto:
START > CONTROL PANEL > INTERNET OPTIONS > CONNECTIONS tab > LAN SETTINGS > AUTOMATICALLY DETECT SETTINGS is the only one checked.

It sounds like you have it blocked, You may want to turn off your firewall. To do that if using
Windows XP:Start/Control Panel/Switch to Classic View/Windows Firewall turn off firewall.
Windows Vista:Start/Control Panel/Switch to Classic View/Windows Firewall/Turn off firewall.
Windows 7:Start/Control Panel/View By Large Icons/Windows Firewall/Turn off firewall.
You may want to disable your anti virus protection for a short time to ensure its not the anti virus.
If this does not help contact Facebook,

Cannot connect to the internet. message reads firewall/query user.

Hi there.
With WinXP go to the control panel select security center, click on manage security settings for windows firewall, click on the advanced tab and then click on restore defaults, it will give you a warning but click ok and it will reset.
With Vista go to the control panel select security center, in the top left of the window click on windows firewall, then select change settings, click on the advanced tab and carry on just like with XP.
When you have reset the firewall to defaults its recommended you restart the PC.
Please post back with the results and thanks for using FixYa!!

I am trying to set up internet spoke to customer service at belkin who advice i need to remove firewall how do i do that please

If it is windows firewall go to Control Panel >> Security Centre >> Windows firewall.

If it is a software installed firewall, for example Norton Internet Security, open the control panel for the application, usually clicking on the small picture from the firewall software near to the clock, and stop the firewall (disable).
