Jan 15, 2013 - Whisk together all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl mix together hot water and oil. Stir wet ingredients into the flour mixture with a spatula until all the flour is sticking to the dough. Spray the top of the dough with a little oil and cover with plastic wrap. Leave it for about 5 minutes.
