What error code are you getting? It could be a lot of reason for paper to get stuck, there is always a error code associated with each jam

It depends upon the printer, download the correct printer drivers from package manager,

Log into your pc as admin and under the driver properties change from kpdl to pcl5
Its a combo of a problem with adobe reader and the KPDL driver
