Almost always bubbles/blisters are from trapped moister or solvents
as your deck gets warm the moister that is trapped underneath the coating wants to escape-
Coating applied to thick-
Coating not mixed properly- (doubtful though)

Next time be clear how you applied the top coat, the size of the bubbles, and how long you waited for previous coat to dry.
These are factors that could cause two different problems.

How do I repair the bubbles on the exterior of my 1992 georgie boy cruise air 111

paint , if that is what has bubbled, needs to be taken back to metal with sandpape. Only the affected areas should be rubbed down to the metal. When this is fone rust inhibitor should be painted onto th affacted areas. some axide paint should be appled as an undercoat, exide primer that is, two or three coats . .If there are any pits use some filler and rub this down prior to spplying the primer.. The primer should be slightly below the surrounding paint before the application of top coat. the treated are should be wiped down with isopropyl to remove dust etc. then the top coat should be applied and allowed to dry for a week befor being touched

Top 2" of my concrete wall has eroded. How do I fix it, so it will last, and make sure new concrete bonds to the old?

There are different kinds of concrete coating. The choice of product varies, depending if the wall is interior or exterior and on the location of the wall (for example the product used in a bedroom's wall will be different from the coating adopted in a garage).

Epoxy coating are great products that can be used in exterior or interior. Epoxy products however may smell and trigger allergies. Epoxy is one of the strongest coating for exteriors.

If the space is a living room, then it is probably better to use acrylic cement. Acrylic coatings do not smell and do not release volatile compounds. Acrylics look similar to Portland cement and are generally less strong and adherent than epoxy paste.

The application method is usually illustrated in the coating product's container. The procedure consists in cleaning the wall (you can use a power washer), applying the product with a trovel, and then checking the results after 24 hours or when prescribed in the coating's instructions.

After applying the coating you can finish the wall with paint and sealer product.

Bubbles in my top coat.

The moister that is trapped under the coating that is causing the problem may dissipate (maybe)
If not you will need to cut out the area with a razor blade and re-coat the area.

I had a 20X40 inground pool installed on a slope. the pool company had to build up the low side to make it level using the dirt from the hole. the pool looks good but the concrete on the end that had to be...

I think they are using what you did as an excuse to cover their oops, They should stand by their installation and fix it for nill. if the concrete is not standing up to the p[ool , then they did not engineer the installation and make it good for the support of the pool
they drive cars on 6 inches of concrete, and if installed correctly it will last forever

The positive cable connection to my battery has coroded and broken free from the there a way to fix it without replacing all the wire harnesses?

How far back from the end of the connection did it break? Is your battery connection side or top connection? If there is enough cable to reach the battery terminal, you can pick up a replacement connection that clamps to the original cable at a parts store. Clean up the area with baking soda mixed with water to form a paste, coat everywhere you see corrosion, it will bubble like crazy, rinse with water. Just keep water away from electronics. Coat cable connections with grease or vaseline to prevent future corrosion.

Teflon coating bubbling in spots

Sadly there's not much you can do here then. If it has started to bubble it only takes one swipe from a utensil to break it open and I had to get rid of my 12 year old tefal pot because of a very similar problem.
Teflon sprays exist on the market to spray light coatings on mechanics. However it is not fit for utensils or anything that may be consumed out of. You should just invest in a new set.
Please rate thanks.

Bubbling paint Under the wter and ice despenser.

Hey! Ours did the same thing, they also sell small tube of appliance paint, it has a brush like finger nail polish...anyway I used very fine sand paper to clean up the area, and sanded the rust off that was under the bubbled paint, and then painted a thin layer of the paint..wait until dry and add another coat. I did this about 4 or 5 times and it looks great now! I bought the paint at Walmart next to the spray paints....

Teflon finish is bubbling

unfortunately this is a common problem among these grills, your only option is to replace it unless you have an extended warranty... if you want to keep using it, you can use a scotchbrite or similar metal pad to get rid of most of the teflon coating. if you want to replace it because you love electric grilling and don't much like teflon flakes in your food, i would recommend that your next grill have stainless steel or cast iron grilling surfaces..

hope this helps,
