I think I have a different watch from "standard" Armitron WR-330s. I am trying to set the time, but if I follow instructions other manuals give my watch does not match the given description in the manual. If I look at the bottom of the watch face, the following is etched on the metal:
Armitron Water-Resistant 330 feet 45/6974 All-Sport
I'm not sure if this makes any difference with other Armitron watches. If anyone here has this kind of watch or knows how to set the time on it, please reply.

i can not find a manual for this watch, but if you go to this link it should show you step by step on how to set it up.
its not showing your model number so not sure how good it will be to you.
if another window opens on the page just close the popup window down.
or try this. How do you set an armitron pro sport watch?
Press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the time display appears on the watch. Hold the "Mode" button until you see the alarm display appear, then release the button. Hold the "Mode" button a second time to enter the time-setting mode.
You can get instructions from the Amitron web site. Copy "www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp" into your search engine and you will see a list of illustrations of watches and associated instructions.
Choose the one that looks like yours and download the PDF file.
You can also try with this approach. This is for Armitron WR 330,but i believe this could also help you.
The following labels are on the inner ring of the watch; I've given their positions relative to where numbers would be on the face of an analog watch. "ST/STP" is at 2:00; "EL" is at 4:00; "MODE" is at 8:00; and "ADJ" is at 10:00. To set the time, date, and day of week: Press and hold in the "MODE" button until the display starts flashing. (This is the alarm time.) Press the "MODE" button again; the seconds begin flashing. Press "ADJ" to set them to zero. Press the ""ST/STP" button to change what you want to set. The options appear in this order each time you press the "ST/STP" button: minutes, hour, month, day, day of week. Use the "ADJ" button to change the value of the setting. Touch "MODE" to save the settings and return to time mode.
