C2525e touch panel not working

Run a business card between the touch screen and the outside surround. Dirt or dust can make the screen believe that you are constantly touching the screen which will lock up the touchscreen. Try adjusting the screen brightness by adjusting the thumbwheel located at the far top of the display panel.
If this does not rectify the fault then the touchscreen will need to be replaced.

Sony VAio touchscreen hypersensitivity

Step 1:
Touch screen monitors are both input and output device as they receive and display information from one peripheral device the monitor screen without the use of mouse or keyboard. They are used in a variety of different applications such as point of sale (POS), cash registers, ATM machines, among others. Touch screen monitors are very sensitive so proper cleaning and maintenance is of utmost importance to maximize its performance and prolong its life. Follow these cleaning steps:

Turn off both the computer and touch screen. This way, you can see everything that needs to be cleaned. Some touch screen applications has a cleaning mode which turns off the screen for the specific purpose of cleaning. However, the monitor's brightness can make you miss some areas. Wet a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth with distilled water. Wring out as much water as you can. Make sure the cloth is damp but not wet. Wipe the screen in a gentle motion to remove dust, oil, or fingerprint smudges off. Another option is to use a screen cleaner kit that includes antistatic wipes. You can buy this at various electronic or online stores. Spray a little solution on a wipe then rub it gently across the screen. Finish cleaning the touch screen with a dry lint-free cloth to wipe any excess moisture, then turn it back on.

My wipe warmer isnt keeping the wipes warm any more only used it for 3 weeks and the lid is on tight

Make sure the "pillow" is quite damp (we put ours in dripping wet) and, if you're using cloth wipes, make sure they are damp enough before putting them in the warmer.

Ink system failure error code: 0xc18a0306 what is the problem and the cure

Ink system failures can be caused by a number of things. It could be a temporary error, a bad or dirty print head, or a system failure.

For pictures see: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01458034&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=1156652#N998 . Expand the section "any other error code" if you need to.

First try resetting the printer. With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the printer then remove the other plug from the wall outlet. Wait at least 15 seconds. (I also pull the data cable from both the printer and the computer when using a USB cable - some power is provided through this cable.) Then plug the power cord into the wall outlet and then back into the computer. Turn the printer back on if needed. Check if the code is still present.

Next try cleaning the print head. With the power on, open the cartridge access door. Wait until the cartridge carrier stops moving. Remove all of the ink cartridges by pressing on the front tab and lifting them up. Then lift the grey handle and pull the print head straight up.

With bottled or distilled water and lint free clothes (coffee filters will work). Dampen a cloth and wipe the electrical contacts working form bottom to top. Do not touch the ink nozzles. Continue until there is no ink left on the contacts. With another damp cloth, wipe the edge between the nozzles and the electrical contacts working form left to right. (Keep your fingers away from the contacts.) With another damp cloth, wipe the ramps working away from the nozzles. Again continue wiping each area (using extra damp cloths until there is no ink left). Then dry each of these areas with a dry cloth. Take another damp cloth, and wipe the contacts inside the printer. Work from top to bottom on these contacts. Dry the area. Replace the print head, lower the gray lever, and reinstall the ink cartridges. Close the cartridge access door.

If the error persists, try resetting the printer by unplugging it while turned on again.

If the error still persists, either you need a new print head or the unit needs service. If you get a new print head, you will not be able to return it if that doesn't solve the problem.

I hope this helps.

Cant use my touchscreen

Hi there

First remove the protective cover (if any) the protective cover may be preventing the touch screen from working properly

Oil or residue from your hands can build up on the screen and interfere with the touch screen function. You should clean the screen with.

To do this, turn off your phone and disconnect any cables. Put a small amount of water on the corner a soft microfiber cloth, like those used to polish musical instruments.

Gently wipe the phone with the damp cloth until it is clean. Dry and lightly polish the screen with the dry end of the cloth. The towel should be damp,

. When the Phone is completely dry, put it back in its case and power it on. Do not put water directly on your Phone

If all these still do not make the touch screen work then you should have your screen replaced.

Try cleaning the face carefully with a damp cloth with a bit of Dawn dish soap and re-wipe with a damp cloth with no soap. Sometimes dirt or small tranfers form your fingers can lock up the display grid.
