It's either your drum or a faulty toner. Try with a new toner I'd suggest because a drum is expensive. Unless your drum was recently changed or is unsratched, check it by opening the printer, but I doubt the second option

most of the time if you replace the transport cleaning unit it fixes the fault. on one machine i had a break in the wire lume that caused the problem. also make sure you don't have a piece of paper jammed in the unit.

change all 4 developers plus blow clean both developer sensors you can find these sensors next to the black developer assy it has one screw
