SOURCE: I have a Kipor KDE

Hi, I hope I can help a little bit. The hunting by the governor like can be caused either by governor adjustment or carb adjustment might be the culprit. But before you go into that, have you checked and cleaned the air filter or looked at the carburetor that might need cleaning if it has been awhile since that was addressed? If you figure that is alright try adjusting the carb first. I have never seen or heard about that brand of machine before, so I will give you a general adjust procedure. I will stress again to check everything you can think of first. The fuel tank has to be vented and on most machines this is done by the tank cap so make sure that is OK. Is the filter on the fuel outlet of your tank not obstructing the fuel flow and that the fuel lines are in good shape and not starting to deteriorate inside and slowing fuel flow?
To adjust the carb make small 1/8 of a turn at a time. Before starting the engine turn each one of the low and high clockwise or in until lightly seated so the needle seat is not damaged and remember that setting, even mark it down so you can always come back to that setting. The low or idle mixture screw should be about 1 turn out or counterclockwise more or less. The high mixture screw can be anywhere from 3/4 to 1 1/2 turns out or counterclockwise. Do not adjust the high mixture screw less than about 3/4 turn from the seated position. When you turn these screws in or clockwise it lets in less fuel to air and could make it run too hot.
Start with the high speed mixture screw and turn 1/8 of a turn out and listen what happens. If not better do that again up to one full turn in 1/8 increments. No good results try the low speed or idle mixture screw in 1/8 increments and see what happens. If no good try with the two at the same time.
There is one more screw and that one is on top of the carb and adjusts the idle or low speed of the engine with no load and is also very important to adjust the right idle RPM so that when a load is turned on it has enough RPM so the engine has enough so it does not start to miss and sputter because of turning too slow.
I have given you all this info without knowing if this is the right type carburetor or if this engine is gas or diesel, or is a barrel type I hope this helps you out even just a bit. All the best and good luck. By the way I will not even try to explain the governor setup as It is too lenghty and I don't want to make it run worse or not at all.
Maybe one of the other guys might have a simple procedure to get it done. Well good luck and all the best to you.

We have a SR200 NA Sta-Rite heater on our pool. We just replaced the thermistor today. Now the digital temperature readout keeps jumping back & forth between 91 & 104. (water temp. was only about...

That unit has specific instructions for water temp operation at 60 or lower. The display also can show diagnostic info and there are indicator lights for diagnostics. Do you have any of those showing any errors? If the temp is jumping from 91 to 104 instantly and then back down to 91 instantly, this is a wiring issue or a bad thermistor. Check the wiring and use an OHM meter to check the thermistor, it should have a chart that shows a resistance at a certain temp. There is a limit switch right next to the thermistor, Make sure it is not shorting out with that.

VSC and trac off, will generally be reset with a readout tool plugged in under dash, knee level drivers side.
When these lighst come on together it is often a sign of improper air fuel mixture, sometimes as a result of running extremely low on fuel or leaving a gas cap loose.
It may also be a symptom of a clogged O2 sensor in one of 3 locations. When resetting the LEDs a readout will analise the cause.

Sta rite pool heater will not fire

What your probally seeing is the water temp readout. It is faulty and reads the water is that hot so it won't start as long as it thinks the water is to hot.The part you need to replace is a pots sensor. It replaces the old temp probe and looks very much the same only you don't need to replace the whole thermostat. I believe and I could be wrong yours is on the manifold for the main plumbing. Here is the part I'm not sure of but I think yours is a 3/4" nut sort of thing with two wires comeing from it. Or it could be a small cylinder that slips into a receptor on the manifold and again has two wires coming from it. This is a farley inexpenesive part and will have you up and running.

How do I allocate PLUs to departments on my CASIO TK-7000?

take a readout of the department and groups first
205 subtotal
1 cash 30 cash
this will print out your departments

206 subtotal
this will print out your groups

1166 subtotal
enter your 6 digit number then press all the products linked to that department / group

your 6 digit number = DDGG00 DD= Department GG= Group
then 00
so for dept 1 gp 1 = 010100

when finished
press subtotal
