A while ago I ripped a CD of Chinese music that I bought at Beijing Airport, so it was a pukka copy and not a pirate version (I hope). It wasn't much of a surprise to see the the genre, tracks, artists, etc., displayed in Chinese characters so I carried on and ripped the CD into my player. Unfortunately, every CD I now try to rip comes up in Chinese characters, even though my player's language is selected to English/Latin. I've since wiped the Chinese tracks from both my PC and player but any CD I try to rip is still displayed in Chinese.
Does anyone know how to get my player back to speaking English?
I think something in the player has got messed up did you try reinstalling the player from scratch????
that will solve the problm as the default settings will be restored....
are you sure the rest of the cd's are not from china ???? [:D]

I was synching music to my Zen Vision M yesterday and all of a sudden, it froze up. I unplugged it from the comuter, reset it and not all it does is say "Firmware Problem" and goes to the recovery mode. I've tried putting the firmware back into it (and it fails everytime), I've tried it from my Vista computer, and the XP one. I did the uninstall of WM 11 from the XP and tried it there... I'm getting nowhere. HELP!!!

I have a 30 gb Creative Zen Vision M player that has stopped working. there is no display on the screen and the PC does not recognise that it is connected. However, it is charging, because the blue charging light is flashing. Please, what do I need to do?
