Being a mere male (with grey hair) I am not an expert but I read the product description;

I take that to mean the product is a colour booster rather than a hair dye - in other words your hair would need to be approximately that colour to begin with.
My limited knowledge might be out of date but I always believed if a person wanted hair of a lighter colour it would have to be bleached and not dyed.

Most hair dryers are split in half ruining around the unit. Remove screws in handle the pull the two sides apart. Blow all the dust out of motor and fan. Do this every once in a while and it will last a long time.

most likely a thermal fuse has failed if the fan still works

email revlon and they will give you the right instructions hope this helps

Don't You probley burned out the heating eliement. Buy a new one make sure you keep the end of the new one clean free of hair so it doesn't over heat.

They said to mail the item back with a short letter and it would be replaced in 2-3 weeks. Nothing else need.
