This site has drivers for all versions of windows, and a manual. These are not the drivers made by the manufacturer - Acer does not support this scanner any longer and has no drivers for Windows Vista, XP, 2000 or NT.
It also includes a manual that outlines how to use mirascan with this scanner, but does not seem to go into detail on how to set up the actual scanner.
Still, it should just be a matter of connecting it to your parallel port (the only port the cable should fit in on your computer), plugging in the power, and running the driver software. Once that's up, the manual can tell you how to use the software.
Of course, I wasn't able to test this, because I don't have the scanner.
