Question about Brother IntelliFAX 5750e Laser Fax
Set up a Brother IntelliFAX 5750e to be used by 12 users within one office on a Wide Area Network. Users wanted to be able to fax from their PC's so set static IP on device installed device to local TCP/IP port on each PC and installed Brother PC to Fax software. Faxes are sent to the print queue and transmit fine but do not automatically delete from the queue when finished. Users must manually delete each fax sent from the queue before sending the next fax. I?ve tested possible security and hardware settings but no fix yet. I?ve even tested with a base WinXP install, security disabled ? still no improvement. I thought to disable bidirectional support but don?t seem to see where or if possible. Can you offer any advice?
Its in the fax preferences option...on the fax icon right click and go to properties..somwhere in the preferences should be an option to select automatically delete sen faxes..or something like that.
