Hi baddog27, There is one way to access your phone and that is: 

Block your sim by entering wrong lock code and then it will ask for the PUK code that you will get from your service provider. Enter that PUK code and your phone is unlocked. 
By this method you will not loose your data in your phone.

The lock code is always the last 4 number of your cell phone number if you recieved the phone from sprint
