SOURCE: craftsman lawn mower
I had both my front wheels wobbly - so I cut shims from a tin can - wrapped the axle of the wheels with the shims and then inserted them back into the plastic bushes. It was a snug fit - but helped quite a lot.

It attaches the the front of the tractor. Similar to a plow to a truck. If you don't have the brackets, you will need those, or make your own. You can see a picture of the brackets if you go to sears.com. Click on the PartsDirect link at the top, and enter the blade model number.

You need to get underneath the mower.Look in the front on the bottom of the engine. You will see the engine pulley. On the side of the pulley you will see a bracket that keeps the belt from falling off the pulley. It is help on by two bolts.Take the bracket off.Now you will be able to take the belt off.
Reinstall the new belt and replace the bracket.
