Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I had accidentally formatted my Samsung Galaxy yesterday and lost all my photos there. Can they still be restored? Help me, please!
Follow this steps and fix it.
Download Pandora File Recovery (see Resources for link).
Save it to your desktop.
Install Pandora by double-clicking the install file on
your Desktop. Click "Next" to start the install process and
"Finish" once it has completed.
3 Remove your SD memory card from your phone. If you are unsure where it is located or how to remove it safely, consult your cell phone's manual.
Insert the SD memory card into your computer's SD memory
Open Pandora by going to "Start > Programs >
Pandora Data Recovery".
Click the "Browse" tab within Pandora. Scroll
down through the list and select the computer drive with your SD memory card.
Click the "+" icon to access folders within your
SD memory card. When you find something you want to recover, right-click the
file and click "recover" to begin the recovery process.
Click "OK" to confirm you want to recover data.
Data will now be recovered from your cell phone. Then exit Pandora by clicking
the red "X" icon at the top right of the screen.

Definitely Yes! First of all, you should stop saving any new files to your Samsung smart phone (or SD card) or taking new pictures.
Then find some photo recovery software from this site Best Computer Software, which are able to recover deleted or formatted photos from cell phone, digital camera, memory card and SD card etc.
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Download and install the Digital Photo Recovery Software.
Step 2: Connect your Samsung smart phone (or SD card, memory card etc) to your PC or Mac.
Step 3: Scan the source drive where your lost pictures located.
Step 4: Recover the lost pictures and save them to another drive instead of the source drive.
