Install the drivers cd for usb. Then plug the device check it. You should get a Network Card additionl and try to ping from
START -> RUN -> ping 192.168.1.1 -t
Then see for reply.
If you get Request Timed Out then you have to reconfigure the device.
Use modem reset.
Else you have to contact BSNL customer support by calling 195.
