OK,SOME REASON MY PANASONIC CQ-C7301U DON'T WANT KEEP THE MEMORY,EVERYTIME I TURN THE UNIT OFF AND THEN BACK ON ,THE STATION SELECTED BEFOR THE NO'T THERE ENYMORE.
I TRY EVERYTHING.THANK'S FOR YOUR TIME.

CANT KEEP MEMORY.. I HAVE BOTH YELLOW AN RED TOGETHER.. SO WHATS WRONG.. I HAVE A DEH-P580MP... TIRED OF SETTING THE BASS AND TREB......

Your Constant (Yellow) and your Power (red are not suppose to be connecting to the same wires... Easiest way to fix, test the wires with a voltage meter, find a wire that is hot( always with power no lose of power when car is on/off that is your CONSTANT wire where you would plug you constant wire on(yellow which will keep your time/ memory saved) then plug the Red where it is( since you know it is not a contant(always hot with votage when car is on/off) this will make sure when you turn your car off your radio will turn off BUT still save memory due to you having your constant pluged into a REAL constant wire that has voltage at all times. Hi... your stereo has 2 power wires. Typically One is yellow and the other is red. Both should have power with the key on. Only one should have power with the key off..
the most common causes for what you are describing are either no constant power to the radio on one of the wires or you have the red and yelow wires switched around...
