Can Microsoft Picture Manager v. 11.0 that was working great in Windows XP sp3 be configured to work in Windows 7?

Get to Properties for Picture Manager (e.g. if you have a desktop icon you can right clck and Properties will be the last choice on list) and the third tab should be compatability.

Click on the top most box to Run ... and it will enable prior Windows versioning. Pick XP SP3 (sixth choice). The pick OK or Apply.

There is a Help Me dialog that you can pick that will assist with settings if the above basic fix is not sufficient.

Picture upside down

Open the picture with any picture editor. You could use microfoft office picture manager. To do this, right click the affected picture, select 'open with', then 'microsoft office picture manager'. When the picture is open, at the top of the window, you would see some toolbars at the top. One of them is to rotate the image. Click on this, if it is side ways, click again until it is erect. When you are done, save the picture.
I hope this was helpful?
Have a lovely day.

The simple is if you have Microsoft Office 2007 here also it can change the size. In Microsoft Office 2007 there you will see the name Microsoft Office Picture Manager. In this Microsoft Office Picture Manager you can edit or modify E-mail pictures, Send pictures to Microsoft Office, or even Export pictures according to your desire.
