Looking for year of manufacture of unionaire air condition

I'm not familiar with this brand. The only thing I can figure is to look at the metal tag on top of the compressor. If its legible write the info down model # everything! then take that info to a HVAC supply and have them check those numbers for a manufacture date. That may get you within a few months.

Intertherm air conditioner has a rumbling noise and vibration in the condenser.

Could be a bearing problem in the compressor or fan motor. It could also be just loose compressor mounting bolts. Open it and take a look.

High head presure , not sure if condenser fan motor is correct, model number is s3qa-042ka-3.5 ton

There is a valve inside of most compressors that when it fails (sticks) it either fails high or low. If you have the wrong size of fan it may have overheated. You can try de-energizing the unit, then lightly tapping the compressor in various places with a rubber mallet. I know it sounds goofy but it might save you a repair bill.

My intertherm outside unit is clicking and I can hear a buzzer every so often. When the buzzer goes off the inside lights dim for a second. Model T5BD-048K and serial # T5A060500118. Product p3ra-048k is...

Sounds like the compressor is trying to start but is not. The lights are dimming as the unit is overamping. The buzzing noise is the motor trying to start and failing. The click is the unit going out on it 's safety device, unually an internal overload.
Hope this helps.

No AC from older Intertherm split system

It sounds like you are low on refridgerant. Double check to make sure both fans and the compressor are running. If so then you have a refridgerant problem.

WONT COOL OUTSIDE UNIT DOES NOT COME ON FAN BLOWS INSIDE

if the fan outside is turning on and inside fan is blowing too, then you have a compressor problem. could be a capacitor gone bad (or needing a hard start kit) to the entire compressor failure

I have an intertherm compressor. The thing has recently taken to melting the wires at the compressor(red wire and now yellow wire). If the attach lug on the compressor is burned down to the nub, is there...

Replace the compressor and the wire harness that supplies the power to the compressor. Burnt off wires are due to bad conduction at the connections.
