Red light flashing fast

Hi, Today the red light symbolising the waste tray needs emptying on our machine has started flashing fast. I've looked online but can't find what the issue is. I have however found instructions to enter diagnostics mode, so at least I can manually make coffee, and everything seems to work. How do I get rid of the red flashing light when running in normal mode? P.S. It is probably our fault as it is in use at my workplace and we don't do anything to maintain it. Any recommendations on what we should do would be appreciated. Thanks!

Don't open your machine before you try this simple thing:
Problem: red light flashes fast. Loud sound comes out.
Probable reason: air is in the water system.
Solution: let water run through the steam wand for a few seconds.
Detailed: turn on the machine. Press the 'hot water' key to allow water to come out of the steam wand instead of steam. Turn the steam know to allow water out.
After a few seconds the air will exit the water system and red light will be gone.

The main reason for the Fast flashing red is with the water flow meter.
located at the back part of the machine below the power connector - its functionality can be checked in diagnostic mode .
see attached pictures
its either stuck due to in proper descaling or have corrosion in the connector contact of the flow meter.

Hello. my machine is flashing red, but in diagnostic mode the flowmeter works as it should. In normal mode I can only prime hot water and the flashing red does not disappear. Already descaled the machine and nothing.

What does it mean when the green LED light and the alarm light are both permanently on at the same time. There is a full tank of water, service door has been opened and shut and the dreg drawer is empty...

Hi, Turn off the machine and turn back on again. If both lights are permanently on that means you need to empty the dreg tray. Pull out the tray and wait until the red light start flashing, then put back the tray, the red light will go off.
Another meaning is when you press the coffee button and see the red light came on, that means the grinder motor is not working. Hope it will help.

Hi, I have a Saeco Talea Giro Plus machine and have only used it a few times. Now the alarm light is permanently on, but the machine has enough coffee and water and the drip tray and dregdrawer are empty....

Hi Natasja, try pull out the driptray and dreg draw while the machine is on and wait about 10 secs. When the red light start flashing, put the parts back. The red light should dissappear. Good luck.

Our machine has stopped working....the alarm light is on and flashing slowly so we have gone thru all the steps in the book to find out what is wrong. When we turn the machine on, the green lite goes on...

If red light slowly flashing....Please check brewunit, dregdraw, door and coffeebean lid is properly in .
If flashing fast..means ventilate(prime the machine)
If itis steady..no water in the tank or time to empty the drip tray.or the more serious case the grinder is not working or not self testing.

Red Light 28 is flashing even when dregs are emptied

Check the edge of the container that goes in to the machine there is a small part that sticks out, it is possible that that piece is not touching the microswitch in the machine. Remove the drain tray and the dregs tray, check the corners of the machine for loose coffee grounds.

Not printing, making me crazy

A paper jam has occurred. To solve the
problem, see “Clearing Paper Jams” on
page 6.3.
• The front or top cover is opened. Close the
front or top cover.
• There is no paper in the tray. Load paper
in the tray.
• The waste toner container is not
installed or full. Check the container.
• Your system has some problems. If this
problem occurs, contact your service
representative.
  • Also i can indicate that the Toner Cartridges are empty and need replaced with Genuine Samsung Cartridges
