get d card wer u tore d sim card.,
slighty scratch d gray film, den ul see d PUK1 & PUK2 code..
insert d PUK1 to unblock ur sim card.,
and thats it :))

SOURCE: i lost my PUK code.
PUK stands for Personal Unlock Kode... Usually SIM operator lock the sim when they thinks that the number is used by unauthorized person... so contact your SIM operator and ask them to give you the PUK code...
