Can NOT get the device manager to include this in its list!!!!
Make and model of the motherboard and the Remote adaptor and then tell us what version of windows you are using as well. If the device manager isn't finding it, then it is not properly connected, powered up or it is faulty. It could be that there are no drivers for your device in your version of windows.
