Is this a problem with your camera? Or speakers? It would help if you would tell us what type of speakers you have and what you mean by "a high voltage." How? From the limited amount of info here I can only guess you blew a fuse in the unit.

How do I fix my power adapter?

Could be the capacitors that filter the final D.C voltage in the power apadter . If the capacitors fail the D.C voltage would have 50 or 60 hertz hum on it. If a diode has failed it could also cause a more severe pulsing of DC voltage. A oscilloscope would show up if the DC is being distorted but I do not know where you would get access to one. A repair shop maybe ?

Sir .I have Sony Trinitron TV model kv2197m3.it is not power on. If we gave current only a small ocsilating sound is coming and no LED light .but we cut 110v to LOT TV will on and speakers are on and led...

that high whine sound you hear is the circuit crowbar most likely as its shuts down the high voltage because of a bad voltage detected in the circuit. simple for a tv tech but not worth it to the average peroson to fix

Sounds really bad through the speakers. No lights

This has the earmarks of a failed power adapter. If the voltage is low, everything will saturate. WARNING: You could do damage to the electronics if you try to drive high levels through the unit to compensate for low output from unit.

Check the voltage from your adapter. Check it UNDER LOAD as it may collapse when connected to the unit.

I'm getting no power to my speakers when i turn on the power wheel on my speaker, the blue light doesn't come on...all drivers check out and device is "working properly"is this a sound card issue?...

I assume you use a set of PC speakers with own power connector.
If the power connector is plugged in properly and the power source is operating flawless, then either the power cable or the internal power supply are broken.
The soundcard has by 100% nothing to do with the voltage control of your speakers. All it sends is an audio signal (Unless you relay on USB speakers, in which case the power actually MAY come from the computer, but I excluded that since you said you're using a soundcard, and those don't provide USB output).

Summary: Cable or PowerSupply or Power source not operating properly. (Or the switch). Either way, you should not open any high voltage electrical components as that may lead to a deadly electrical shock. Please consider an electrician or buy new speakers, if switching the power source doesn't help.

Klipsch ksw subwoofer wont power on

The power supply switching transistors are likely fried. Dangerous high voltages involved. I would remove the plate and send it to Klipsch for repair.

SOUND CUTS OFF AT HIGH VOLUME AND POWER LIGHT FLASHED RED

You need to check the DC voltage across the power and ground terminals of the amp. If the voltage drops below ~11v when the amp shuts off, you need to check the power/ground wiring and fuses.

If the voltage remains above 11 volts, you may have a problem with the load on the amp (incorrect ohm load, shorted speaker, shorted speaker wires...).

No picture no sound

most likely the horz output is blown and voltage regulator is shorted. I f you have a muti meter you could check if they are shorted that will tell me if the power supply is ok.

I beleve at this time you should be careful this is high voltage off of flyback is 30.000 volts

See if there is a local repair shop who charges cheap road calls. I think you are
looking around 295.00 to fix.

thanks DOCTOR VIDEO

46" projection not coming on

You have an power supply problem & or a high voltage flyback transformer gone bad. The regulator is usually an STK followed by some numbers, located on a separate small board above the main chassis in the rear of the tv. The flyback is down on the main chassis & has a red high voltage lead wire coming out of it that goes to the high voltage/focus block.
