The phone kept freezing and it turned itself off

your phone is very loaded with the application or your phone is going to hang so you have to update your phone or go to the the service center to resolve this problem

Dump the phone. I have had the HTC EVO 4G and it was a nightmare. Screen broke without a drop,screen kept freezing and everything else that could go wrong did go wrong. I had had enough and chucked it on the freeway one day and went with an iphone. EVO is a first attempt by HTC to come up with a competitor to the iphone. Good luck

replace the battery for starters
check that the charger is putting out the correct voltage

i just got a new mobile buh u had to use the sim card given buh i wanted to use my own and i entered my pin but then it came up NETWORK LOCK so then i kept on tryn and now my mobile is freezed how do u get the password and the lock for the network lock ?? :(

kindly change you mobile software to prevent any more problems of the case you have mentioned

Sony Ericsson need to do something to solve this problem like for example trading phone for another model

You need to contact your phone provider for an update to your phone software. I had the same problem and Orange fixed it.

Try removing the battery and the card, this may reset it.

my phone froze and i attenpted to turn it off several times, after trying and not getting a response i took out the battery pack and placed it back in and turned the phone back on. after turning the phone back on it kept freezing a

do a master reset and clear and if that does not work then take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the firmware on the phone
