Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Our AT&T network just sucks! But the latest modem they installed seems to have improved on things. Trouble is that my HP 3510 wireless printer is holding the OLD wireless code (they call it a PIN) and I can find NO way to change it - so wireless printing is defunct. Anybody know how to change the code? Pushing the WPS button on the modem isn't working.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Can't find network
assuming network is up..right? only reason that all of that would be happening, and no network, is that the signal is weak..can you see it on the network reader? and how strong is the signal(bars)?

if printing from 2 other computer works fine, will i think its not an issue of IP address which changes somehow. but anyways, try to check if you still have other printer drivers under "PRINTERS" (see control panel). it should say HP Photosmart c6100 series. If you also have there a printer icon that says HP Photosmart c6100 series Copy1, try using it (right click on that icon and choose Set as Default Printer). If you only have HP Photosmart c6100 series under PRINTERS, try to right click, then choose properties. When Properties box is open, click on PORTS tab. then click on configure ports below. Try to type in the IP address of the printer under "Printer Name or Host name or IP address". make sure that you already printed network configuration page to get the exact ip address of the printer, Dont know how to print? do this.
PRINTING NETWORK CONFIGURATION PAGE
1. press setup, then scroll down and look for Network.
2. press okay on network, it will give you the first option "VIew network settings".
3. press okay on it, and it will give you the first option "Print network configuration page."
4. choose that and press okay. it will print the network config page. from this document, you will be able to see the IP address of the printer.
Please let me know if the issue is still not resolve so that i can go ahead and give you another possible solution.
Thank you so much.

SOURCE: Printer offline issue
Check your network/network card settings. Is your network card falling asleep when there is no activity?
I had this issue once.
Isn't this a color printer? Isn't it supposed to print in color?

Are these printers connected with a LAN cable directly
to the router, or are they wirelessly connecting to the router?
HP C8180 has built in wireless adapter and Ethernet according the Website at HP.
If this is connecting to the network wirelessly, check to see that it is connected to the Network, is your router using secure passwords for a connection to the network,
Your printer will need these passwords just as your computers would
If you connect the printer with a Lan Cable, it will be more reliable, and shouldn’t need a password to be on the network. And makes life a little easier...
Your internet provider has nothing to do with your Printer not printing; this is an Internal Network Problem. The settings or your network has changed.
The Printer should have a static IP address
Here is a link to a tip I put together about this subject,
