Mouse not working on rise of nation rise of legends


I fixed this going to the main folder of the game and in legends.exe (the client launcher) right click -> properties -> compatibility tab -> check the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"

Library install.res.10.28.dll could not be loaded... Using win 7


Minimize the game, even if it freezes, and click cancel on the error box\s that say they can't load whatever file. It will more then likely work then for whatever reason. It's what I do on Windows 7 64 bit to make it work.

This is what I do on Windows 7 64 bit to make it work.: Minimize the game, even if it freezes, and click cancel on the error box\s that say they can't load whatever file. It will more then likely work then for whatever reason.

Try reinstalling it while in Safe Mode. First uninstall Taito Legends 2 from your computer using the uninstall program that comes with the game. Once that's done, restart the computer and start it in Safe Mode. You can do this by pressing F8 as soon as the computer restarts and then choosing the Safe Mode option from the start up list. Once in windows starts in Safe Mode you can then reinstall Taito Legends 2 . Once it is completely installed restart the computer in normal mode and the game should now run. I hope this works for you.
