Question about RaidMax (ATX-612WBP) ATX Mid-Tower Case
I have a raidmax atx mid-tower case and was working fine for about 2 weeks, that is until i purchased a surge protector/batter backup device. I checked all the specks of the computer and it fits within the range of that of the surge protector. However, I followed the instructions of how to correctly connect the surge protector to the computer, when i hit the power button on the RaidMax case, i heard a short "click" noise, and now the computer doesn't power up at all...even if I plug it directly into the wall outlet. just a little sidenote, when i have everything plugged in, the ethernet light attached to the motherboard lights up, but nothing else seems to get power to it

Use a test pen and check if any power coming out from the power supply cable e.g. to hard drive, motherboard and so on.. this will help to to find out if it is actually power supply issue or components issue....
