Hi Steve. I suggest that you need to go to Briggs and stratton fault finding on google first. Follow their steps then if the mower still wont start come back to me. It may need several things doing to it. E.G. Clean the air filter, starter coil and reset, a new spark plug and then try it.

How can I make a Husqvarna 775 engine run faster. I've adjusted the carb, put in a new plug, filters clean, new gas and oil. Ran great for four lawn cuts. Now it run so ruff and wants to die

Sounds like a carb problem, Try checking the float level, cleaning the carb again, making sure all the small holes are clean. You might have gotten some dirt into the carb. If this is a push mower, the flywheel key could of been sheered and timing off. You might have hit something with the blade.

Hi, from what you have written I believe you have a faulty cdi unit. Carbys don't generally run perfectly intermittently. To test the cdi theory, close the sparkplug gap to approximately half normal gap. If the saw runs fine you have a faulty cdi, shorting ht lead or stop wire. Regards Phil.

I have a Husqvarna 125BT blower. It runs fine but

GAP is the opening between terminals at the end of the spark plug ( on the threaded side of the spark plug) but spark plugs should come with the right gap from factory, as for your problem with to restart your blower it is ok just need to let cool down for 15 min or more.

Machine stopped running, its getting power but wont run.

I would take it back to your service tech or choose another. It may be something simple that needs replacement, like a new cord. (or . . .)

Also, before thinking of buying a new machine, I would get another opinion.
