Question about Heating & Cooling
I have a coleman evcon furnance/ac unit. the unit is not coming on. I replaced the thermostat still nothing. Replaced the indoor blower relay and capcitor still nothing. replaced the outdoor unit dual relay still nothing. When I push to activate at the outdoor unit contactor the unit outside runs and the coils inside cool but still no blower.
You don't say whether you replaced the blower but that could be the next thing to check

Testimonial: "Did not replace the blower but did check it outside of the system and it works fine on all speeds. Only getting 2.6 MV at the thermostat. Wondering if I could have a bad transformer."

Sounds like a downflow electric furnace? If so it sounds like you have 15kw worth of electric heat, you might have a defective heating sequencer, witch is what they call a dual on one plate.

The board is bad, what you can do is splice into the common (blue) and Yellow t-stat wires and connect them directly into the contactor and hopefully the reversing valve engages, giving you cooling for the time being

It sounds like the contacts of the contactor are burnt/pitted. When this occurs, it can allow enough current to operate the fan motor but not enough to operate the compressor.
