Question about Brother XL-2600
The bobbin thread doesn't seem to be catching properly and just gets tangled all around the thing that moves the bobbin (no idea what they call these things). I have changed the needle, both threads and still having the same problem. Is it possible the bobbin mover thing isn't moving properly?
It is possible that the "shuttle" isn't moving properly. It's also possible that it has a burr. Since it appears that you not little to nothing about these machines I would take it in and have it serviced. Tell the service person about your problem. Ask them to clean, oil, and time it.... and look for issues with parts. it will cost you about $150 or more if it needs parts.
