Loosen the cab mounting bolts, and insert a small hydraulic jack between the cab and frame to get the necessary clearance. The cab will not have to come off, just loosened, and propped up to reach in and bleed the clutch. With out knowing the make and model of the tractor, its hard to get more specific. Get a service manual for the tractor, and it will tell you what needs to be done.
Need to find the air leak, go back through and make sure everything is tight, check for damaged mating surfaces as well. Check the fuel filter and make sure they didn't double gasket it, by accidentally leaving the old filter gasket in place.
