Middle arm does not turn, resulting in dirty dishes in my Kenmore Elite ultra wash dishwasher... have dad repair guy over several times. how can I get arm to turn ( model #66513763k601

I too had problems with the Kenmore Elite (aka Bosch). The issue was solved by replacing the Lock Sensor on the door. After replacing the sensor the dishwasher has been working. Hope this helps.
If he left the blade and filter off this will cause the the spray arms to get plugged up with residue. Check the holes in the spray arms to make sure they are clear. The link below will show in detail how he took this apart and where you will find the screen and blade.
You should not have to pre wash your dishes, if everything is cleaned and working right in this machine all you should have to do is scrape and load.
I have a Kenmore 665 about 3 years old Over the last couple months the touch pads have stopped working and I am now down to one control the water miser! Do I need a new control pad and is that easy to install ? Thank you for any sudgetstions KC
Got a possible solution from a brilliant guy named Jake on another website and thought I would post it back here.
"Check the door vent on the inner side of the door, that should just
snap out, I have seen those clog and start making more pressure inside
to make it leak from the bottom. Jake"
I checked mine and got a nasty surprise. Who knew it could get so dirty.
brittgee, there has been a number of service flashes on this model. One that has to do with the upper spray arm assy. Complaint is poor washability; gritty glasses, food redeposited on glasses, especially in the corners. They redesigned the upper spray arm to improve water spray to all corners of the upper rack. The new part number is 8269022. They also redesigned the third level spinner for more consistant rotation and better washability. This was also under a service flash. Part number.8193768. Other reasons for poor wash would be; low water temperature, rinse aid disp. not working, loading etc. Catriver...post back.
