i use a dvi connection on my computer.my lcd has many types of connectiond.i have to go to my menu on the lcd and choose what connection i using.maybe you have to do the same.

yes your computer will accept this video card. i have the same computer as a backup. in fact, if you had the money to do so you could upgrade this to a far better video card without worrying about the power supply.

plese install the proper driver for your Nvida and disable any on board vedio port.

No it is Good enough, You should just make sure that it shouldn't heat-up and is properly placed, as in low-top casings it is difficult to give them enough room, if the Fan for the Card is working properly, then no need to worry.

Thats for PCI.
Thats for AGP. Id suggest the AGP Radeon 4670 for 124.00$. AGP runs slower than PCI, but not by much and the card is YEARS newer.
