SC543 high temp error.
Reset fuser error. If it reoccurs could be a bad ECB(engine) or PSB(powersupply) board. To reset fuser error go to maint. mode
Hold stop/start & escape and turn power on. OK. look for reset fuser error.

SC 543 is fuser over heat error. Check the thermistor it may be dirty. To reset the error you have to go to service mode SP5810.

fuser error will need to fix fuser first then reset code

These codes are related to fuser temperature. Make sure that power source voltage are not low. check thermisters, fusing lamps etc. To reset this code press "All clear" yellow key, enter 107 and press the red key for some seconds. Sevice mode will be displayed, enter SP 5-810 (SC code reset) and select "1". Then hold down the Photo mode key and the # key at the same time for at least 3 seconds

That code indicates a fuser overheat error or hot roller fusing lamp overheat. Refer to your manual if you have it. Good luck.

Try changing the termistor, must be damaged. and reset by total clear, 107 and press and hold the clear stop key more of 3 seconds.
