Question about Computers & Internet
This is most likely due to data corruption or bad sectors on the hard disk. No easy solutions to this. You need a bootable CD, DVD or flash drive with a suitable set of utilities to carry out a disk check and attempt repair. You may be able to do this if you have a diagnostic partition on the laptop. Try pressing F10 or F12 at power-up to get to the boot menu and see if there is an option for running the diagnostics.
If this is not possible, try downloading a version of Linux e.g. Ubuntu which will run directly from the DVD and let you carry out diagnostics on the drive.
If it is a HDD failure then you should try to back up all of your data and then replace the HDD and reinstall the operating system.

SOURCE: i have drivers
If what you need is the driver for your laptop. Go to http://support.dell.com and click on drivers. Once there it would ask you if you would like to search for drivers using the service tag or by choosing the model. It would be best to just enter the service tag. Your service tag would be located at the bottom of your laptop on a small dark gray sticker.

The windows files have been corrupted, I was hoping you might get into safe mode to try a system restore but your system will not allow it. If you can find your recovery disc a clean install is the best way to go. Try www.toshiba.com contact customer support about a replacement recovery disc.
