I have a favorite pair of sport sandals (without the rubber toe) whose sole needs replacing. Is it possible?

I would say that they can. A better quality shoe repair shop can do this for you. There are materials available to make this work.

SOURCE: Recently purchased Rockport women's

hi
i knw it must be really irritating . i think it is a nice idea to insert a low heel it will keep your feet front ,actually it is brillian idea ! . but since you are telling me it is a recent purchase i am sure it must be in warranty so i think you can replace it with new shoes .if not i have another idea hope you like it ,trying wearing sock along it will give you the grip you want but remeber the sock should match your dress .it just my suggestion .but you idea was good remember dont insert thick low heel. see that heel perfectly matches your shoes

Do you have a a pair of shoes that you bought not too long ago and the sole is coming apart? If you rather not risk buying another pair of the same shoes only to have them come apart, then this is the article for you.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions Things You'll Need:

  • superglue
  • shoes to fix

1. 1

Get a tube of super glue--any brand name should do. Just the regular type should do, no need for any extra strength formulas or special types. Make sure the tube has been properly opened at this time--the seal on the tube has had a hole punched in it, in other words.

2.

Get the shoe(s) that need its/their sole(s) fixed. Where the sole is coming apart on the shoe, squirt in a good amount of super glue, but not too much that it will gush out. (If it does, try to wipe off the excess).

3.

Hold the sole and shoe together for the recommended drying time or until they seal. Try not to get any glue on your fingers at this time, as it can stick flesh to other objects.

4.
The sole should be fixed at this time. Sometimes it has to be done over if the drying time hasn't been followed or the glue might have some problem with it. Repeat this procedure for other shoes to be fixed

apply the same proedure for your broken part insted of repacing it

You didn't say what needs to be cleaned. If it is the straps, any shoe repair shop or any good shoe store should have suede cleaner.
It won't be cork under the bottom and if that is dirty, then an old soft toothbrush with dish detergent would take care of most dirt that you would get on them. You can seal them with something like Klebfast cork sealer to keep the dirt from coming back in at the sole.

How do I re heel a pair of Fly London Tong Sandals

Shoe-Goo will bond and create a sole but it may be harder than expected and not the 'rubbery' feel you want. But it will work and is likely your best bet. Perhaps cut rubber sole from another sandal or shoe and use shoe go in between let set over night and then cut away excess with a razor and re goo around edges.

How do I get in touch with Onex shoes customer service? I have a pair of sandals and both soles craced. They were $90 sandals, that should not happen.

There have been a lot of questions about getting a hold of this company over the years. I haven't been able to find an address for them any time I tried. Regrettably, you are not alone with issues others have expressed in here. Perhaps a cobbler can help you with these.

Have a new pair of newport h2 sandals that I love, but my pinky toe sticks through the straps on one foot. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I would put a piece of leather or rip-stop cloth on the inside between the straps where the toe sticks out. This would stop if from coming out.

The soles of all my dr scholl exercise sandals (wooden) have worn down to the wood. getting them repaired cost more than they cost new here in maui. is there any kind of quick fix, or not-so-quick, for...

I resoled mine this morning with some soling material that happened to be kicking around the house. They are expensive here and it is cheaper to resole. If it is expensive to resole there, why not send them off the island?

My wife bought a pair and when she steps they make a sound as if there is air being forced out of the sandal.

Theres probably a small hole in the sole that is allowing air to squeezed out. Take some super glue and fill the hole and your problem should be fixed!
