SOURCE: Power light flashing once
My problem turned out to be the D board. I purchased one on Ebay for $100, replaced myself. The service technician charged me $90 to come out and tell me the problem then wanted $700 to replace the board.

most likely it is a printer driver issue. There's 2 drivers, one for 200dpi and one for 300dpi. Use the one for 200dpi. It could also be the label setting is incorrect. Try running a calibration.

My Olevia LCD TV did the same thing. I turned off the back power switch and pulled the power cord as well. Left off for a couple of minutes and then re-connected cord and turned on main switch. I then turned on the front power switch and it come on just fine. These new sets have computer-like guts so you have to re-boot them sometimes. I hope this works for you.

Take the vehicle to Auto Zone, advanced Auto parts or o'Rieley's Auto parts and ask them to use their scanner to read the stored Code from the ECM for you.

SOURCE: Toshiba 55ux600u Powers on,
From what I have seen the 3 blinks error code most toshiba tvs are caused by a faulty tuner software. You can try downloading the firmware from the link below and updating it.
Update instructions are given here. Even though it does not turn on normally, it should be able to turn on for a firmware update. So copy the files on to a USB drive(less than 2GB capacity only) and insert it into the USB port of the tv. Then power it on and follow the instructions below
If for any reason the tv still refuses to come on, even for the update, I am afraid you are gonna have to let a toshiba tech do it for you using "special tools". I hope that wont be necessary though.
