This is probably because the graphics card you used, did not meet the minumum requirementswhich are 128MB, Shader Model 3 and DirectX 9.0c compatible
SwiftShader is now open sourced software that enables 3D rendering on systems that can't fully support hardware-accelerated rendering. http://blog.chromium.org/2016/06/universal-rendering-with-swiftshader.html
D3d is an abbreviated way of saying Direct3d. The 95 could possibly mean that it wants version 9.5, but I'm not really sure what else to make of it. Direct3d is something like a framework/library for rendering 3D objects on Windows operating systems. It's part of DirectX, but you can download direct3d alone from Microsoft; though I would advise against downloading it from any place but Microsoft or MSDN for several reasons. You can try grabbing the latest version (I think it's 11) first, and if that doesn't work, go ahead and look for 9.5.
Lastly, there's a possibility that this message means that your drivers are not compatible with Direct3d. There are a number of reasons this could happen. First off, your laptop may not be able to run Direct3d. However, I find this unlikely; it's pretty rare to see a Windows 7 laptop with absolutely no graphics capabilities whatsoever. If you ever re-installed Windows, that could be an issue, as the driver software is erased when you do this. It might be possible to ascertain additional information with a more verbose description of the problem you are encountering. ;-)
Direct3D is a component of Microsoft's DirectX graphics software and is one of the more commonly used graphics accelerators in PC gaming. Of course, before you can enjoy the benefits of Direct3D acceleration, you need to have that particular component enabled in DirectX. Fortunately for your gaming needs, enabling Direct3D acceleration is not an overly complicated process, and can be achieved in a matter of moments. Open the "Start" menu and type "dxdiag" into the Windows Live search box, then press "Enter." This will bring up the "DirectX Diagnostics" dialog box. Click the "Display" tab. Locate the "Direct3D Acceleration" entry. Click the "Enable" option next to the Direct3D entry. This will turn on Direct3D acceleration. You may need to restart your computer to make the changes effective. 3 solutions: (1) Change your graphics card. (2) Download and install 3d analzye and check skip pixel shader 2.0 (check other settings if needed) (3) Download Swiftshader and copy d3d8.dll and d3d9.dll inside the game directory and start the game. (Beware using 3d analyze and Swiftshader will be very slow.So the wisest thing to do is changing your graphics card.)
Sounds like your graphics card doesn't support Direct3D. Try updating the drivers for your graphics card. If you aren't sure who the manufacturer is you can find it in the Device Manager of your Control Panel.
If that doesn't work, try downloading the latest DirectX Drivers.

more info please But basically your machine is not detected a 3D video card. It could be that a proper video driver has not been installed (Windows is using a default) so this maybe cured by simply downloading the driver for your machines GPU.
This machine might be using integrated "onboard" graphics, in which case don't expect very good performance especially with any recent game.
